EDWARD F. VOELKER, JR. has concentrated his practice in the areas of business and real estate law, with emphasis on the concerns of the small business owner. Mr. Voelker's practice also includes negligence and intentional tort claims, as well as estate planning and administration. In addition to being the President of Voelker & Associates, P.C., Mr. Voelker is the President of Access Mortgage Corporation (a mortgage broker), President of Three Rivers Settlement Services, Inc. (a settlement and title agent), and the broker of record of Independence Realty Services, L.P. (a real estate brokerage). He is admitted to all Pennsylvania State Courts, the United States Supreme Court, the United States Third Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States District Courts for the Western, Middle, and Eastern Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Tax Court. Mr. Voelker received a joint Juris Doctor/Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, cum laude, and the University of Pittsburgh's Katz Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association.

KAREN HENNON McCONNELL began her legal career as a law clerk to the Honorable James Knoll Gardner, President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County. Thereafter, Ms. McConnell has concentrated her practice in the areas of business and real estate litigation. Ms. McConnell’s practice also includes negligence and intentional tort claims. She is admitted to all Pennsylvania State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Ms. McConnell received her law degree from the Dickinson School of Law.

CYNTHIA M. DORNISH has concentrated her practice in the areas of real estate and business law with an emphasis on title issues. Ms. Dornish’s practice also includes liquor license transfers. Ms. Dornish is admitted to all Pennsylvania State Courts and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a graduate of Gwynedd Mercy College and has a Master’s Degree in Biological Sciences from Duquesne University . Ms. Dornish received her law degree from Duquesne University School of Law.
